Many DeFi platforms feel overwhelming, especially for new users. Important actions and rewards are often buried in dense interfaces, making it unclear where to start, what actions matter, and how progress is tracked. This lack of clarity reduces motivation and repeat engagement.

What made this challenging?
Balancing a playful, gamified interface with financial credibility was a key challenge. Another was working within predefined wireframes, where improvements had to come from UI clarity, hierarchy, and visual emphasis rather than structural changes.

How did I approach the design?
I explored existing DeFi and gamified platforms to understand common patterns and reward mechanics. Using the client-provided wireframes, I designed a high-fidelity UI focused on clarity, progression, and accessibility across tasks, rewards, and states.

final result is a clear and engaging gamified rewards experience that simplifies complex actions through strong visual hierarchy and progression cues. The UI system is scalable, consistent, and designed to support future tasks, quests, and campaigns.

This project reinforced how powerful clear visual hierarchy and progression can be in complex products. It also highlighted the importance of designing within constraints and how thoughtful UI decisions alone can significantly improve user experience in Web3 platforms.
